All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Within Pakistan

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International Orders

International delivery may take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order value (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your shipment.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

All customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
